Car Love

I developed an interest in automobiles thanks to the influence of my friends when I turned 18. Interestingly, my hairdresser, who shared the same passion for cars, further fueled my enthusiasm by inviting me to witness his thrilling races on the track. That experience captivated me completely! I dedicated myself diligently, and I was incredibly fortunate to have owned some remarkable vehicles throughout my journey. I acknowledge the extent of my good fortune, which was a result of my relentless efforts, unwavering perseverance, and a touch of luck.

My Cars (New to Old)

(Daily) VW T-Roc R Grid Edition (2023-?) Bought new from Beriwck VW. Mervyn looked after us, highly recommended. 2023 VW T-Roc R Grid Edition
(Weekend) Skyline R33 GT-R (2011-?) After experiencing deep regret from selling my first R33 GT-R, I unexpectedly stumbled upon one I couldn't refuse. I hadn't actively sought to buy another, but when the perfect opportunity presented itself, I couldn't resist and endeavored to make it happen. Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R
(Daily)Golf R Wolfsburg Ed. (SOLD) (2018-2023) I was drawn to the Golf R due to its appealing package, and that's why I made the purchase. Specifically, I opted for a Wolfsburg Edition because the color and additional cosmetic enhancements added an extra touch of aesthetic appeal, making it look even more impressive. Golf R Wolfsburg Edition
(Daily) VW Passat CC V6 (Gave to the wife) (2015-2019) Acquiring the Golf R presented a fantastic opportunity for Rachel to immerse herself in the world of European cars. It's safe to say that she thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional build quality and the overall driving experience it provided. Unfortunately a stolen car collided with the car (stationary) and it was written off. VW Passat CC V6
(Daily) Lancer Evo IX (SOLD) (2007-2017) One of my biggest regrets was selling the Evo. Evo IX bought from new, detailed regularly. Never thrashed. How can you find another?? Unfortunately the kms were creeping up as it was my daily and I had to commute into the city daily. Lancer Evo IX
(Daily) Skyline R33 GT-R (SOLD) (2003-2007) Bought from a friend of a friend and it just was a solid performer. Never really skipped a beat. I decided to sell it when I had my first son "Xander" but of course I regretted it. Sure I had an Evo but still if a GT-R would drive past I would always wish I was driving the GT-R. Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R
(Daily) Mazda RX-7 Series 6 (SOLD) (2001-2003) Bought this lovely FD not knowing what I was getting into. Had issues from soon after purchase. A couple of rebuilds later and thanks for Rank Rotary for fixing all the issues, I finally ironed out all the issues but the damage was already done and we decided to sell it. The next owner would of skipped all the issues and now have a solid Rotary. Mazda RX7 Series 6
(Daily) Subaru GC8 WRX (STOLEN) (1999-2000) My first car, bought new from Subaru Camberwell. Still one of my greatest achievements with my beautiful wifes help ofcourse. This car was unfortunately stolen right in front of me! :( Mazda RX7 Series 6
